Shipping & Returns


Please be patient and expect shipping delays for shop items due to the pandemic - unfortunately, this cannot be helped.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process my refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Currently, I only ship to addresses within Australia. You also have the option of picking up your package by appointment (free of charge). The pickup locations are in Melbourne (CBD or eastern suburbs). Please note that in order for either of these options to become visible on the checkout page, you must first enter your address. Once your address is entered, you can then select whether you want your item shipped or whether you want to pick it up. 

There is a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for orders under $75 in value. Orders that total $75 dollar or more are shipped free of cost.

There are some item which are sourced directly from suppliers as the order is put through. Usually, these items take 10 to 12 days until they are dispatched and the product page indicates this. You will get a shipping confirmation only once the items are dispatched.
