Please be patient and expect shipping delays for shop items due to the pandemic - unfortunately, this cannot be helped.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process my refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Currently, I only ship to addresses within Australia. You also have the option of picking up your package by appointment (free of charge). The pickup locations are in Melbourne (CBD or eastern suburbs). Please note that in order for either of these options to become visible on the checkout page, you must first enter your address. Once your address is entered, you can then select whether you want your item shipped or whether you want to pick it up.
The store now provides real time shipping quotes from Australia Post, so the shipping cost that will be worked out for you at checkout will be based on the dimensions and weights of the items in your order. Shipping is free for orders that total $75 or more.
Please pay close attention to the length of time it takes before a particular product is shipped out as there are some items which are sourced directly from suppliers. These items can take up to 14 days before they are dispatched and this is clearly displayed on the product's page. You will get a shipping confirmation only once the items are dispatched. We only ship complete orders, so everything on your order has to be ready to go before we dispatch your order - we do NOT split shipments. Therefore, the ETA for your order is the ETA for the item in the order that will take the longest to ship.
